Poly is a Regional Experience Lead at Microsoft, responsible for the Central East Europe (CEE) region. Her role, as the key ‘Digital Business Partner’ to CEE leadership, is to drive the change and digital transformation, on behalf of the company’s strategy. Being the key point of contact for all business units in CEE, Poly drives the envisioning, delivery, and adoption of digital employee experiences. In the past, Poly was working at OTE Group and she was responsible for the Process Improvement Division. The role of the division was to provide process simplification and operational transformation, for OTE Group companies and ICT customers. In addition to this role at OTE Group, Poly was also leading the IT Innovation Center whose aim was to deliver Innovation to OTE Group customers and employees, in order to improve people's lives and enhance the technological brand of the company. Before that, Poly worked in consulting with PricewaterhouseCoopers Greece and IBM Global Services UK, for engagements in service areas such as organization and operations, process improvement, and IT strategy. Has more than 25 years of experience in Business and IT Transformation.
