Registration Cancellation Policy 

All cancellations must be electronically mailed at ESCCPconference2025@eventure.gr:

Cancellation of a registration will be subject to the following conditions:

• Until Early fee deadline: refund of fee less an administrative charge of 30% of the original fee paid.
• After Early fee deadline: no refund.
