CONFERENCE PACKAGE DETAILS

Thursday 01 May | Arrivals to The Chedi Luštica Bay | Evening reception and welcome buffet at the Rok Beach Bar and Lounge at The Chedi Luštica Bay 

Friday 02 May | Morning business session including refreshments & lunch | Afternoon activities | Party night at the Adriatica Restaurant

Saturday 03 May | A day of Montenegro tours | Free evening

Sunday 04 May | Morning business session including refreshments & lunch | Gala dinner at Citadela in Budva

Monday 05 May | Departures, transfers from The Chedi Luštica Bay to Dubrovnik, Tivat and Podgorica Airports

Montenegro Tours, Activities, Excursions & Wellbeing Activities | These are INCLUDED as part of your Conference registration fee, however, booking is still required.  Please add to your booking by selecting the appropriate number of tickets (please check timings to ensure that you do not book an activity clash!).  Places are limited and will be allocated on a 'first come first served' basis.  For tours to go ahead minimum numbers are required, organisers reserve the right to amend the programme.

Child Package | Please note that child packages can be booked for children who will be under the age of 18 at the time of the conference.

Transfers | OMNI will be providing arrival transfers to The Chedi Luštica Bay from the FIDI conference in Dubrovnik (Valamar Lacroma Dubrovnik Hotel and Valamar Dubrovnik President Hotel) as well as Dubrovnik, Tivat and Podgorica airports on Thursday 01 May.  Departure transfers from The Chedi Luštica Bay to Dubrovnik, Tivat and Podgorica airports will be arranged on Monday 05 May.  Please ensure that you provide your travel details where requested, transfers cannot be arranged without these details.
