• Invoices should be requested with a VAT Number. The invoicing details and VAT number can only be set up during the registration process. Should you have any special requests for the processing of your invoice, kindly let us know when submitting your application.
• All inquiries will be addressed the soonest possible.

Registration Cancellation Policy 

All cancellations must be electronically mailed at escheartandstroke2024@eventure.gr:

Cancellation of a registration will be subject to the following conditions:

• Until Early fee deadline: refund of fee less an administrative charge of 30% of the original fee paid.
• After Early fee deadline: no refund.
