LBF24 | Dining Experience by MIT & Patriko: Indegenous Fine Dining

The students of Massachussets Institute of Technology (MIT), led by the lecturer Latifa Alkhayat are joining forces with the culinary artists Stavros and Kyriakos Fokou from Patrikon: Indigenous fine dining on a unique visual arts and culinary experience. Each of the six students will be showcasing for the first time in Cyprus their visual research on the ‘architecture of the table’ while the public will be tasting a culinary response to each of the projects, especially made by the chefs.

Photographs and video material will be taken at this event. Οι φοιτητές του Ινστιτούτου Τεχνολογίας της Μασαχουσέτης (MIT), με επικεφαλή τη λέκτορα Latifa Alkhayat, ενώνουν τις δυνάμεις τους με τους γαστρονομικούς καλλιτέχνες Σταύρο και Κυριάκο Φώκου από το Patrikon: Indigenous fine dining σε ένα μοναδικό πάντρεμα εικόνας και γεύσης. Κάθε ένας από τους έξι φοιτητές θα παρουσιάσει για πρώτη φορά στην Κύπρο την εικαστική του έρευνα για την «αρχιτεκτονική του τραπεζιού», ενώ το κοινό παράλληλα θα δοκιμάζει την γαστρονομική απάντηση σε κάθε ένα από τα έργα, ειδικά παρασκευασμένοι από τους σεφ.

Η δράση θα διεξαχθεί στα αγγλικά.

Κατά τη διάρκεια της εκδήλωσης θα τραβηχτούν φωτογραφίες ή/και βίντεο. Η εικόνα σας μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί για σκοπούς προώθησης ή/και να δοθεί στα ΜΜΕ ή να δημοσιευθεί στο διαδίκτυο. Με την εγγραφή σας σε αυτή την εκδήλωση, παραχωρείτε στους διοργανωτές το δικαίωμα χρήσης των φωτογραφιών/βίντεο.
