The ticket ensures your participation in a rich program with wide content. It allows the attendance of the talks at the Central & Alternative Stages, as well as the parallel actions that will take place on Sunday, May 28th, 2023, but does not necessarily ensure the availability of seats on each stage, as the total number of tickets concerns the total capacity of the two scenes.
The ticket gives you access to the food and drink experience during the day. As always, the available seats in the two scenes and the rest of the venues of the program are available with the practices of "free seating" and "first-come, first-served basis". You do not have the option to reserve seats at any time.
Participation in specific activities or workshops of limited capacity on the day of the conference will be ensured through the pre-registration process. Information about the parallel actions or workshops, and the possibility of pre-registration in them will be done either via e-mail to all those who hold a ticket at that time or through social media. If you leave your ticket purchase for the last minute, it is very likely that you will not find seats available in the parallel actions that require pre-registration, and that will take place on the day of the Conference (28.05.2023).
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE CONFERENCE DAY:
Registration starts at 09:00. The program starts at 11:00.
We suggest that you arrive early to complete your registration without delay and enjoy your morning coffee at TEDxAthens.
You can only enter the venue for registration by showing your e-ticket and the corresponding QR code.
Always wear your accreditation and the special TEDxAthens bracelet. Your personal accreditation as well as the special free access bracelet are mandatory accessories throughout the Conference.
Reservations are not permitted in any of the Conference rooms. Personal items left inside the rooms during breaks will be removed.
Translation services from English to Greek and vice versa, are provided only in the TEDxAthens Main Stage program.
Videotaping of speeches in all stages of the conference is not allowed.
Photography is allowed only without flash.
Minors over 10 years old, who have been provided with a personal ticket, are allowed to enter only if they are accompanied at any time by an adult.
The consumption of food and drink inside the Main Stage/Opera House and Alternative Stage, as well as inside any other places where speeches, presentations, or workshops will take place, is not allowed. The consumption of food and drink is allowed only in the outdoor areas of the SNFCC, and in the foyers.
TEDxAthens is a smoke-free event. Smoking is strictly allowed only outdoors and in areas specifically defined by the SNFCC.
By purchasing your ticket, you agree that you will follow the general instructions, as well as the relevant instructions for the specific venues, regarding COVID-19 as they will be in effect on the conference date (28.05.2023). This guideline will be updated, and specific information will be provided to all ticket holders before the 28.05.23 if needed.
